Every order placed on the website usually shipped no later than 2 business days (in most cases) except Sundays and holidays via our courier partners which include but are not limited to

Once the order shipped, the customer will be informed by email.
Delivery times begin after shipment normally it arrives within 3 – 5 business days for major cities.
We do not guarantee the exact date of arrival as the time indicated is on best effort basis by the delivery partners and it also depends on the availability of the customer.
For the delivery, our delivery partner will contact you on given contact numbers to confirm your availability.
In case there’s no contact established between the delivery partner and customer, the order will be returned to the company, if the customer wants to resend the order, shipping will be charged.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once the order is shipped the customer will be provided with the tracking number which they can use to track their order.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Only products of stock can be added and controlled in a basket. In case of unavailability of the ordered product due to an error of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer has the choice between a refund or replacement of a product at the same price.
5. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of the products, the customer can only cancel the purchase before receiving the orders. Once the order is delivered it can only be returned if it’s defective or does not comply with the order. If the customer returns the product by its own, any transportation costs will not be reimbursed
Refund requests are carefully considered by our customer support team. If products have received defective or do not comply with the order, the customer must notify within 24 hours from receipt of the order. If a product return is accepted by the company, transport costs will be borne by the company. The client will be offered a refund or a new shipment of products. Please make sure the products are intact and in their received condition and packaging.
QNT only shipped products intact and in their original condition and packaging. Products opened, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.

6. REFUND POLICY
After receiving the products, the refunds process initiated within 2 – 3 working days of product inspection.
Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen at the time of placement of order. Usually, it takes about 7 – 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
