  2. Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on QNT website?
    There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on the website. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive.
    The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

 

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

 

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS POLICY

 

7 Days Returns Policy*

The company gives you the option to replace or return the products bought on qntsport.in within 7 days of the receipt of the order. We will either replace the product, exchange, or issue a credit note if the product requested is out of stock.

 

When Returns & Exchanges are not possible

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support Returns & Exchanges

  1. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.
  2. For issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc., products will not be applicable for return. Please consult a certified nutritionist before buying any of our products.
  3. Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  4. Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  5. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  6. Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  7. Improper storage of product. (As instructed on the product label)

 

What do I do if the product I’ve received is not as described?

 

If the product after opening is not as described, we request you to call 011-41053740 immediately for assistance. You will be requested to share images/Lot no/product details etc. If the product received is not up to QNT standards, you will receive a replacement, exchange or refund for the same.
