Return & Refund Policy
1. TRANSPORT COSTS AND DELIVERY (FROM OUR WAREHOUSES IN Gurugram)
We provide free shipping PAN India, and no cost shall be borne by the customer. Our standard time for delivery is 5-7 business days across India.
Every order validated will be shipped no later than 2 business days. Once the command is sent, the customer will be informed by text message on their phone.
3. PRESENTATION OF ORDER
The mandated by the company's carrier QNT this thrice, depending on the destination state of the order to the address that was specified by the customer when the order validation.
When the recipient is absent despite (the) presentation (s), the carrier will leave a calling card enabling customers to withdraw their order to the place indicated by the carrier. This period of retention varies depending on the destination state and it is up to the client to withdraw his order on time.
After this time, the order will be returned to the sender, the company's QNT. If the customer wants to resend the order, shipping will be charged.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Only products of stock can be added and controlled in a basket. In case of unavailability of the ordered product due to an error in stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer has the choice between a refund or replacement of a product at the same price.
5. RETURN & Cancellation OF PRODUCTS
5.1. If products have been received defective or do not comply with the order, the customer must notify within 5 days from receipt of the order, QNT IN by mail (at the address below) by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact-us page available on the website www.qntsport.in. If a product return is requested by QNT IN transport costs will be borne by the company. The client, meanwhile, will be offered a refund or a new shipment of products.
5.2. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase of the products within 14 days from the date of delivery. To do this, the client will request the company within its deadline. If the customer returns the product of its own initiative, any transportation costs will not be reimbursed.
5.3. QNT only resume the products intact and in their original condition and packaging. Products opened, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged
5.4 Cancellation by QNT: There may be certain orders that QNT is unable to accept and must cancel. QNT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the User, User accepts and undertakes that the same is acceptable and he/ she/ it will not contest/ raise any dispute on the same. The situations that may result in cancellation of the User's order include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by the User, and non-availability of the service.
5.5 Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, QNT, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the User. As part of usual business practice, if QNT receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by QNT shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to the User within a reasonable period of time.
5.6 QNT will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, it is pertinent to note that the QNT has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. User hereby agrees and undertakes that the decision taken by the QNT is acceptable to User and User shall not create any dispute on the decision taken by QNT on cancellation..
