Preparation

Step 1 :preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Put eggs, two egg whites, yogurt and baking soda In a bowl.

Step 2 : add the flour and a dose of Whey Light Digest lemon flavour. Mix vigorously until you obtain a smooth and creamy paste.

Step 3 : Then, take a cake mold. Place a baking sheet In the bottom of the mold and pour in the dough. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes depending on the power of your oven. Let cool. A true delight !
